Emailed/SMS History Form: To save you time and ensure we have all the necessary information, we’ll send you a medical history form via email or SMS. Please complete and return it before your appointment. This helps us tailor your care to your unique needs and ensures a seamless experience from the moment you walk through our doors.
Upon arrival, our friendly reception team will greet you and confirm your details. If you haven’t returned your history form yet, we’ll provide a copy for you to fill out in our comfortable waiting area.
We want you to feel at home while you wait. Our waiting area is designed with your comfort in mind, featuring cosy seating and soothing decor.
Your first visit is all about getting to know you and your dental needs. Our team will review your history form, discuss any concerns, and perform a thorough examination. This includes checking your teeth, gums, and overall oral health.
We use the latest technology to ensure you receive the best possible care. From digital x-rays to intraoral cameras, we’re equipped to diagnose and treat with precision. We even have TV’s for you to watch while in the chair.
Before you leave, we’ll discuss any findings, treatment plans, and next steps. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and ensure you’re fully informed about your dental health.
If your health fund pays less than $230 then you will have to pay the difference up to the maximum of $230. If your health fund covers more than $230 no refund or credit note will be issued.
For patients without a health fund we have discounted the cost of the new patient package to $230.
